What's not working is the scrollReveal effect is not getting disabled on mobile devices. Here is the site where you can experience the effect http://ift.tt/1lUWJje As you scroll down the content elements appear and disappear when not visible in viewport. Although this effect feels good on desktop, but not on mobile because on mobile as you scroll down with your finger the reveal effect gets paused and does not load until your finger is lifted from screen. This is annoying because it does not work the same way as on desktop. For this reason I tried implementing detect mobile into the scrolReveal to disable reveal effect on mobile devices. But this detect mobile script as seen in the above code, does nothing.
