I'm not sure what else could be the problem. Have you verified that your getting actual results from the get_Timesheet page?

Are there any other errors showing up?

I assume clearForm only affects the form not the table as well.

Other than those I don't see anything in your code that jumps out as wrong. You may want to turn off bServerSide - I think that is only if you are processing the table (sorting, paging, etc.) on the server.

Otherwise, you might have better luck posting to the datatables sites since it doesn't seem to be a jquery issue.
